Buying a home in this market can be a once in a lifetime event. Selling a home in this market can be a brutal exercise in reality. Doing both requires the guidance of a seasoned professional that can identify opportunities before they have surfaced. Anyone can provide a weekly MLS listing with three bedrooms and two baths. With Elizabeth as our realtor, we feel very fortunate to have selected someone who was a true advocate for helping us find a home. From the start, Elizabeth took the time to engage in a discovery process about what we wanted in a new home. She held meetings at our house and listened to our laundry list of items that we wanted in a new home as well as our conditions for the house we were going to sell. While always attempting to accommodate our desires, Elizabeth consistently and successfully balanced the practical realities of what a home buyer in our situation needed to prioritize. She displayed a unique ability shepherd this process to its conclusion as it took only a month-and-a-half to complete both transactions (yes, only a month and a half!). It was as if she took great pleasure and personal pride in selling and finding our home. And while expediency may sometimes come at a price, we were very happy with the terms of both transactions. The financial benefits of her devoted efforts were extremely cost effective and enabled us to do more with our current house than we originally planned.

Once the houses were identified and the formal offers were made, Elizabeth gave us daily progress notes and coordinated her network of professionals to carry out the logistical issues involved with the transactions. This afforded us the opportunity to carry on about our day with ease of knowing that she was effectively overseeing this process on our behalf and according to our intentions. It was as if she was moving into her own home. We also felt very secure with the team she had in place in case something were to unexpectedly happen.

Since the time of our home purchase, we have referred Elizabeth two potential prospects that have gone on to become clients.
